Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been delivered to the nominated address.

7. Makeup Services and Appointments
All makeup service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Look Divine.

Bookings and Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits confirm your appointment date and time and are not transferable to another person.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Requests made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice (no-shows) will result in loss of the deposit and will require full payment for future bookings.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or medical issues prior to the appointment. Look Divine is not liable for adverse reactions where relevant information has not been disclosed.
Look Divine reserves the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate to proceed at the time of the appointment.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product names, and designs, is the intellectual property of Look Divine and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
9. User Conduct
